Our mushroom soup takes inspiration from our love of all things Japanese, with a touch of Miso added to each jar. Alongside fresh flat mushrooms, our bespoke BOL stock and a hint of coconut, we’ve managed to cram in some superfood reishi powder, to give a boost of umami flavour. With all our plant based goodness, our soup is high in Vitamin B3, to help you get through that 3pm slump.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly and stir well before heating. Do not reheat.
Hob – From Chilled. Carefully pour soup into a saucepan. Stir whilst on a low/med heat for 6-8 mins until hot. Pour into a bowl and enjoy.
Microwave – From Chilled. Unscrew the lid. Place lid loosely on jar, leaving a venting gap. Pop on a microwaveable plate.
800W Heat for 2 mins, stir. Heat for 2mins. 900W Heat for 2 mins, stir. Heat for 1 1/2 mins. Stir & allow to stand for 2 mins.
Careful, it’s hot. Grab a spoon and enjoy straight from the jar.
